We are starting a major TV advertising campaign in mid-January and are looking for good Loan Officers. You are probably familiar with our almost ubiquitous radio commercials and we intend to replicate that on TV.
We’ll help you hit the ground running at Equity Now Inc.:
-You’ll still be able to make $100K - $150K+
-You will get as many leads as you can handle
-Our high quality leads are all inbound from newspapers & radio
-Great support from our dedicated processing team
-Accessible and very skilled underwriting team
-Very broad investor base gives us all the product niches available
-We can close the loan is as little as 10 days.
-Great pricing on Fannie/Freddie/FHA from our strong, established investor relationships
At Equity Now, you’ll work with the latest technology -- a customized borrower information system, great pricing software and a paperless origination process.
We have a learning environment where we will help you focus on and improve your technical skills and industry knowledge. We will teach you the niches of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA in order for you to succeed in today’s market.

We are only accepting applications from quality inside LOs with a minimum of 1 year of uninterrupted mortgage Loan Officer experience with the same employer or
